Warranty Information

 We Offer a 1 year manufacture warranty. It covers defects or failures that are due to manufacturing mistakes, and that the manufacturer will repair or replace any issues within that time frame. 

Avoid violent collision- collision with a strong force may cause the product to fail to function properly. 

Manufacturer's warranty have limitations and exclusions, such as:

· Cosmetic issues like scratches, dents, and cracks 

· Installation errors 

· Damage or malfunction after the warranty period 

· Problems caused by accidents, breaks, misuse, improper repairs, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear 

Warranty Process: 

Contact us at doubledswhips@gmail.com ,  provide us with the issue you are having and pictures.  We will then contact you back to determine the next step.  

Shipping Charges:  You are responsible for shipping and handling charges for warranty repairs.  Please retain the tracking number.  The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit to us.  

Return Shipping:  In order for you to get your product to go back you are responsible for paying the handling fee which in most cases is $25.  The fee must be paid prior to us shipping any products to you or your dealer.

If product is not covered under warranty we do offer a prorated amount for a replacement whip
